- * Please silence your cell phones and do not accept phone calls during class or workshops.
- * Please turn off your video cameras. Still photography is allowed ONLY in workshops and during transitions. Please do not take photos during classroom observations.

Payments may be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or check. All registration fees will be collected in full at the time of your registration by credit card payment. Check payments must be mailed with copies of the invoices or with invoice numbers listed.

All reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to the registered training date. Cancellations made after this deadline will not be given refunds, and the registrant(s) will be responsible for paying the registration fee in full. Registrants who reserve their spot via purchase order will still be invoiced for and required to pay the full fee, even if they do not attend the training.
Registrations may be transferred to another person within your organization for no fee. Transfers may be completed online by logging into your registration confirmation page and assigning a new name to the registration.
CHILDREN AND CHILDCARE
While families are extremely important to us at RCA, we are unable to accommodate children during training days or conferences. Please make alternate arrangements for any childcare needs.
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT-RELATED QUESTIONS
What is your cancellation policy?
All reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to the registered training date. Cancellations made after this deadline will not be given refunds, and the registrant(s) will be responsible for paying the registration fee in full. Registrants who reserve their spot via purchase order will still be invoiced for and required to pay the full fee, even if they do not attend the training. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. You must contact us prior to the conference to cancel.
What type of payments are acceptable?
We accept all major credit cards and payments made via Donor's Choose. Purchase orders are accepted to hold a registration, however, we must receive a copy of your purchase order to approve and finalize your registration.
Is payment due before the training date?
Yes. Payment is due at the time you register. If you hold your space with a purchase order, we must receive payment by the training date. Registrations without payment or purchase order are subject to cancellation after 30 days of registering.
I registered online and used a credit card. When will it be charged?
Credit cards are processed online after you have submitted all the necessary information. You will know your credit card has been processed or declined at that time. If you need an additional receipt sent to you at any time, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes, we do accept purchase orders to hold a registration. A copy of the purchase order must be submitted within 30 days of the registration. Purchase orders should be either emailed to email@example.com or faxed to 678-731-1505 online. For questions regarding this policy, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is payment due even though I did not attend the event?
Payment is due at the time of registration. If you do not attend the conference and did not cancel per instructions above, your payment will not be refunded. If you hold your registration with a purchase order and do not show, you will still be invoiced for your registration. Registrations without payment or purchase order are subject to cancellation after 30 days of registering.
I’m registered but cannot atttend. May someone else go in my place?
Substitution of a registered conference attendee by a business colleague/co-worker will be accepted. You have the ability to make this change on the registration confirmation page. For assistance, please email email@example.com.
What if I want to register, but I don't know the names of the attendees yet?
No problem, you may still register online to reserve your seats. Simply enter a place holder name (or "TBD") and use your email address for your ticket. Our registration system allows you to edit your registration and update names at any time. We will send out emails prior to the event with important information, so be sure to update the name and correct email address of the attendee 48 hours in advance.
Is there a discount for registration?
All training fees are used to provide scholarships for the students who attend the Ron Clark Academy; therefore, group discounts or individual discounts will not be available.
Will Ron Clark be at the school and can I watch him teach?
Ron is at every training, and you will be able to watch him teach. However, we cannot predict illness or other emergencies that may cause Ron to be absent during your visit.
Can student teachers visit the Academy?
Yes, student teachers will greatly benefit from The RCA Experience.
Can I purchase Ron Clark materials at the school?
Yes, books, posters and other materials will be available for purchase. All proceeds help fund student scholarships.
Will Ron be available to sign books and other materials?
Yes, Mr. Clark and Mrs. Bearden will sign books and materials at the end of training.
What is the recommended dress code?
Dress casually. Groups can wear the school colors or school shirts.
Does everyone have to go down the slide?
We encourage everyone to experience the slide, but it isn’t necessary. For those adventurous enough for the slide, we encourage you to wear pants.
